Sunshade to help A/C work more efficiently.If I could bottle weather and save it for whenever I wanted pretty weather, today is the day I would bottle. The temperature and lack of humidity were awesome! We ate dinner outside since it was comfortable out and the "love bugs" are finished for this year.
Today I made sunshades that hang outside over the salon windows. The sunshade fabric came from Lowe's ($26), and they were easy to make. Please see the picture.
One of the live aboards here was injured today. She was walking her large dog and had her wrist through the leash. The dog took off running and she fell face first, but she couldn't let go of the leash. She went to the hospital and was treated and released. I know she will be sore for awhile. Things happen so fast.
We are planning on driving to Venice, FL tomorrow to visit Mom and Dad Sagel. We are looking forward to seeing them and spending a day or two with them.
