We have been busy this week visiting with family and friends. We have gone out to dinner once and lunch twice. We spent a couple of hours today setting up the hall for Mom's birthday party. It looks really nice and the festivities are tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow. I spent a few hours at my Mom's house looking at some of Grandma Lux's keepsakes. My new trusty portable scanner came in very handy. I wish I could have stayed much longer looking at Grandma's things.
One of our granddaughters ended up going to the ER this afternoon. She had a massive bloody nose and acted lethargic afterwards. She turned out okay, but we don't like those kinds of scary things to happen to our grandbabies.
