John's reoccurring shoulder injury is driving him crazy. It's been hard for him to sleep the past few nights. It is bothering him more during the day than before. He has been to the doctor for it on numerous occasions, even seeing an orthopedic doctor. It's a soft tissue injury and he has done therapy for it in the past. He has a pain killer prescription which he is taking at night to help him sleep. He knows when he aggravated it. He went to the fitness room and did the treadmill, but reached in an awkward way and Zap! it's making him miserable. Hopefully, it will calm back down and life will be normal again for awhile.
I spent most of the morning working on getting my genealogy database back to where it was before the hard drive took a nose dive. There are two separate databases. The largest one is about 80% completed and the second one has not been touched. I had done the backup feature in the software, but it creates a read only file. So, everything needs to be put back in so that I can update it as we go along. Just a couple of more days work on the first one.
It's been pretty smoky here for the last couple of days. We saw on the news that it's because of the controlled fires in Georgia. That's pretty amazing that we can see it here. I'll check in again tomorrow.
